Yet polling is very difficult in Florida. This Zoom session will focus on why.  Dr. Susan McManus is a USF Distinguished University Professor (Political Science) Emerita.   She has authored and co-authored many publications on politics.

The Future of the Democratic Party

David_Houle.jpgFuturist David Houle will summarize the 2020 election, and forecast the 2022  election and the near-term future of the Democratic Party.  David Houle spent more than 20 years in media and entertainment.  He has worked at NBC, CBS, and was part of the senior executive team that created MTV, Nickelodeon, VH1, and CNN Headline News.   He won two Emmys, the prestigious George Foster Peabody award and the Heartland award for  “Hank  Aaron: Chasing the Dream.” He was also nominated for an Academy Award.

She will including the impact of income inequality and explain the relationship between the stock market and the economy. Dr. Cooper is a sought-after speaker, writer and advisor renowned for her ability to de-mystify the complex subjects of economics and finance. She is Chief Economist of Dominion Lending Centres, Canada’s leading mortgage and lending company. She began her career at the Federal Reserve working with Paul Volker.
