Regrettably because of the Coronavirus pandemic the Longboat Key Democratic Club is cancelling our final speakers event featuring Dean Snow, PhD, which was scheduled to be held on March 31 at the Sarasota Yacht Club. This decision was not made easily. Our club recognized we have an obligation to think of the well-being and safety of our attendees above all other considerations.

We thank all of you for the outstanding response to our speaker series which we  will continue  when this emergency has passed with speakers discussing the important issues of our time. Hopefully once the coronavirus crisis has passed Dean Snow can be rescheduled for the 2021 season.
