A Southwest Florida resident since the 1990s, Matthew has volunteered with AARP Tax-Aide, Habitat for Humanity and hurricane relief efforts.
He co-founded the Immigration Justice Coalition of Southwest Florida and has promoted voter participation throughout his life.
