Steve Bousquet

Steve Bousquet is a proud "legacy journalist."

 

He has been a reporter in Florida since 1981 and has worked for the state's best and largest newspapers: The Miami Herald, Tampa Bay Times and currently the South Florida Sun Sentinel where he is Opinion Editor.

 

He grew up in Rhode Island and had a career in local TV news before he became a print journalist.

 

He has a master's degree in U.S. History from Florida State University.

 

His work has appeared in The New York Times and he has contributed to several books about politics and government in Florida.
